  • I thought New York-New York offered nice facilities with a great variety of restaurants, bars and attractions. We particularly liked Gallagher's Restaurant. It's located at the far end of The Strip, so walking, cab or monorail is needed to get to many of the other casinos and hotel.

  • Good quality for the money. A bit too far on the end of the strip, but worth the money if you don't mind walking.

  • we as a group love New York New York, but our last stay - one night we had no running water in our room - and I think it was the entire hotel and they did not handle that very well - although in their defense this doesn't happen every day, but the next day because we were checking out they we only giving out 'food' credits which we couldn't use obviously - but it all worked out and we would return there

  • The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway. Check-in was quick and very friendly. Price was a little higher than I would have liked, but not too bad. Close proximity to other casinos.

  • Check in was difficult. They had misspelled my name and didn't want to let me check in even though the mistake was theirs and very simply a typographical error and easy to recognize and rectify.

  • Our room was very far from the elevator and a difficult walk for seniors. The amenities in the room were somewhat lacking.
