  • I went to San Antonio for the soul purpose of attending a family reunion. I literally did nothing more than sleep and shower at the Red Roof Inn. Even Budget hotels should have budget price points. You don't want to pay for a bunch of amenities you're not going to use. To that end I was pleased with Red Roof. Would I stay there if traveling on business? Only if my company made me.
  • Our bathroom and bed had hair in them. We asked for another room and were given one, however I was given a key and a room that actively had someone else in it. I was then given a third room. I was concerned for my safety and security once I realized the mistake the desk clerk made in giving me a key and assigning me a new room that had someone in it! They were coming out of the shower, and their purse and personal belongings were on the bed open. They had their head and hair covered in a towel. I was startled and exited as quickly as I entered the room and went immediately back to the desk.
