  • Location in center-city was key to my choice to stay there. Comfort and service were excellent. My only concerns were that only one person was staffing the front desk for most of our stay and the cost of a basic breakfast seemed rather high.
  • This hotel was convenient to restaurants in the area. The sign for valet vs. self parking was not clear. The hotel was nice and clean.
  • The price for the valet parking was extravagant at $39.99 a day. The express checkout did not work and there was no explanation as to why. Breakfast in the restaurant was mediocre, the buffet had limited offerings and the eggs tasted strange.
  • It was comfortable. Staff was cooperative.
  • The doorman were extremely helpful with directions. I thought the parking was overpriced.

  • Excellent location. Bar/restaurant at the Softiel across the way was more interesting so we spent most social time at other establishment. Elevators were painfully slow.
  • Pleasently suprised. I thought the hotel would be old and musty. Very modern upscale hotel with excellent work out room,above normal linens, flat screen tv. modern fixtures, lovely bathroom, etc.
  • Standard excellence you'd expect from a Westin Hotel. Good location if you're visiting universities. Immediate surrounding area is very nice.
  • Comfortable hotel; great location in business district. Concierge very helpful and friendly. Son celebrated his 10th birthday during our stay - was told happy birthday at check-in but did acknowledge on his actual birthday. The bartender heard me tell someone it was his b-day so he comped his drink. Four Seasons Hotel provides a welcome plate of cookies if they know you're travelling w/ child; am sure they would have done something special for my son.
