  • This is an excellent hotel in a great location, close to Union Square and shopping. The hotel has great views, and and excellent gyms and has an excellent staff.
  • I loved the hotel in general, but the neighborhood it was in was a business district which was not ideal for tourism. My only complaint was that I booked my reservation online with Expedia and some how the hotel was under the impression that we were leaving a day earlier than we had originally booked (online) and thus we were disturbed several times. Expedia charged more than the hotel was charging for the same nights I later found out. My husband and I had friends that went on the trip with us and they got a cheaper rate by calling the hotel directly. I will never use an online travel agency again.
  • Hotel was undergoing renovations but wasn't too disruptive. Hotel was centrally located in downtown.

  • It's expensive but as comfortable as any hotel I've even stayed at in the U.S. The dsk staff were not friendly but everyone else was. It was very clean, the bathroom exceptional and the location so central as to make up for any failings. We experienced no problems and enjoyed a well- managed conference and apleasnat stay with a view of the water from our room; ask for that, and watch out for city taxes added onto the price.
  • The service was great. Its a little hard to access because of the traffice flow near the embarcadero. They had wonderful info about events and transportation in the area.
  • The pillows and bedding were perfect for a weary traveler. The location was accessible to the BART, as well as to local restaurants and entertainment. Cheerful staff at the front desk and in housekeeping.
  • Great Stay as I have come to expect.
