  • ALL STAR MUSIC WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK FOR INFORMATION IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. DISNEY TRANSPORTATION WAS VERY HANDY. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
  • The hotel was clean and neat and the staff made us feel welcome. My only complaint is when the cleaning staff would come in, they would leave the curtains wide open so that anyone pasing by would be able to look in the room and see our luggage.

  • Although the rooms were nice, we had a room at the back end of the All-Star Music Resort. If possible and if you have little ones pack only what is necessary and ask for a room closer.

  • Traveled with walking impaired person, and was put in a room at the very back of the resort. Great distance to walk. They did give us a 1st floor room as requested, just very far away from main lobby.
  • Everything was fine, but the physical layout was so big that things were quite a hike away.
  • Enjoyable stay. Only problem was our room was so far away from the lounge/front desk/restaurant. After a long day at the parks, it was a long ways to walk to the room from the shuttle.

  • I did not care for the value resorts in general. They are well built and maintained for the price, but I usually prefer a deluxe propert. We had to go with a value resort this trip becuase we were taking seven people for two weeks.
  • Loved the resort but the bus transportation to & from the parks need lots of work. They promise 20 minutes..try 50 minute waits.
  • I LIKE THE VALUE OF THE HOTEL FOR WHAT IS OFFERED. THE AMENITIES AND SERVICE ARE GREAT FOR WHAT YOU PAY AND IT HAS A LOCATION THAT IS AS GOOD AS ANY BEING SERVICED BY THE BUSES. THE ROOMS ARE ON THE SMALL SIZE AND AS OUR KIDS HAVE GOTTEN OLDER WE HAVE LOOKED TO STAY IN OTHER HOTELS ON THE PROPERTY OR HAVE TAKEN TWO ROOMS. I WOULD NOT STAY OFF THE PROPERTY WHILE ATTENDING THE DISNEY PARKS.

  • Love Wdw parks and resorts. Try to go at least once a year
  • I love the Disney feeling you get even at the hotel, the price can't be beat and they even have free transportation right in front for all the Disney parks and attractions.
  • Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were nicely appointed, pools were great, food court was decent. The shuttle bus service was excellent and check in and check out were very smooth.
