  • the hotel was great
  • Location was safe and pleasent. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.
  • Had reservations thru Travelocity. Hotel manager informed me when I arrived that the PAID reservations had been canceled. Much gnashing of teeth and negotiating ensued and I got a room. Travelocity pointed the fimger at the hotel and the hotel blamed Travelocity. Travelocity was difficult to deal with because the clueless reresentative was in India and didn't understand what the problem was.
