  • Did not like need to pay for internet service in room. Also, wasn't wild about having to call room service to get a microwave. To their credit, they brought the microwave immediately and it worked. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay. I liked the 'green' laundry and cleaning policies and was happy with the options given. The bed was incredibly comfortable - I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent and very helpful when asked for directions to various attractions, not only with directions, but they made sure we knew how to use all public transportation options.
  • It was a very nice room. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that the elevator moved so fast it upset my stomach every time I used it. Great central location of you're staying in San Jose for a conference or event!
  • Great location, right next to the conference center. I really liked the soft beds and large tvs. I was disappointed in the bathroom ameneties and the tv channell selection.

  • I have been staying at this hotel for the past ten years and this is the first time they couldn't find my honors card number and the first time they refused to give me access to the 18th floor. Are they under new management?
