  • The location was perfect. The room was very nice and stylish. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone else. Good value for location and amentities offered.

  • The cost of parking it too expensive. Could use a more comprehensive list of local restaurants within walking distance. Most listed were very pricey. I had a good view of Cardinal's stadium.
  • we were moved from our group and put in an are full of rowdy people, you could not even walk down the hall it was so full of obnoxious guests. The wait staff was extremly rude and acted as if we were beggars she was serving not paid customers. The room was great but I will never go there again.

  • For the price was very dis-satisfied with the quality of the motel and the service. The Location was great. Was within walking distance of the convention I was attending. Had problems getting towels, and other things. Had to call service desk several times. Had discrepancies on the bill but they did correct them quickly.
  • I went to the Millennium for a charity event and stayed overnight after the event. I received a great deal through Hotwire. The event was entertaining and the room was excellent. I had no problems except for having to wait to check in as there was only one clerk working.
  • Stayed on business, good location, north tower rooms are great, south tower rooms are bad.
  • The location of this hotel was incredible. It was within walking distance to every landmark that my kids and I wanted to visit during our stay. The only problem we experienced was that there was some hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Apparently, the water was not working in the South Tower, so they allowed guests to use our showers if the rooms were unoccupied. The cleaning staff did not do a very good job cleaning up after them.

  • The room were sufficient in size but I felt the pool should have been bigger and also there should have been possibly a hot tub or jacuzzi for the price per night. Overall, this was a nice hotel and I would stay again. The staff was friendly and efficient.
  • We love staying at the Millennium St. Louis. We have stayed there about 5 times. We go to St. Louis once a year for the Cardinals baseball games and we try to stay at the Millennium, due to thier great service and accomidations. Plus they have a great baseball package and they are walking distance to the ballpark
  • Location was great. Comfort was fine. Staff was great and very compassionate. Check was a nightmare, the line was a block long with way to few check-in personell. Felt like 1/2 of our vacation was wasted waiting in-line to check in. Facilties are old and have lots of breakdowns. Elevators and escalators were broke down more than they worked. No in-room refrigerators. Has 24-hour outside party pool area!!! Definitely the high point of the Hotel.
  • The staff was not too helpful when I arrived early. The room temperature was either freezing or the control had to be turned off. The cleaning staff did not understand the 'save energy' by reusing towels policy.
  • If you're coming to St. Louis to watch the Cardinals play, you can't beat the Millennium Hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful, and the property is very well maintained.
  • The Milennium Hotel in St. Louis is pretty much five-star, from beginning to end. Right in the middle of downtown, and accessible to pretty much everything St. Louis has to offer. Bring money for parking and other amenities, however. Nothing's included.

  • This hotel room was clean and comfortable. The meeting rooms for the conference varied greatly in temperature. One would be comfortable, the next would be exceedingly cold. The amenities are fine.
