  • I use this hotel for 'park & fly' when flying out of PHL. The hotel is always clean, the service is excellent, the restaurant is great and the airport shuttle service is flawless.
  • FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY SHORT TEMPERED AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HIS WORK. THE CLERK ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRY INFORMATION WRONG AND BECAUSE OF THAT IT CAME BACK DECLINED. I ASKED HIM TO TRY A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS AGAIN DECLINED. I CALLED MY CARD COMPANY AND THEY COULD SEE WHERE THE CLERK WAS ENTERING THE WRONG EXPIRATION DATE. WHEN I TOLD THIS TO THE CLERK HE WOULD NOT VERIFY THE NUMBERS AND ONLY INSISTED MY CARD WAS NOT VALID. I REQUESTED A MANAGER WHO FINALLY SETTLED THE MATTER BUT IT SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE THAT FAR.
  • It was a great location and they were renovating but through it all everything was nice.
  • Staff were great, in particular the driver and the courtesy bar lady. Hotel in under renovation and some what dirty. I have stayed at this porperty previously and have noticed a lot of staff turnover, which does not provide good continuity of service

  • The hotel is easy to access from I-95 and close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but not soundproof,so noises from the corridor and adjoining rooms was a problem. Overall, this hotel is a good value for the price.

  • I have used Embassy Suite several times over the past few years and always found them clean, affordable, and comfortable even when undergoing renovation. I would stay there again. Free breakfast serves both hot and cold foods, at least in the ones where I have stayed.
  • One of our favorite hotels. Service is outstanding and the location can't be beat
  • they are conveniently located - their rooms are ususlly spacious and clean -
  • We had a great time - lovely place - would like to return yet again and fully enjoy the place.
