• Loved the happy hour and mini- morning coffee and biscotti
• Terrific hotel and a great deal through Priceline
• The hotel in itself was fine and our stay was alright. I did not appreciate however, that we weren't given the room we reserved for when we checked in. And it wasn't only us that had that problem. I just didn't understand how they can reserve rooms and not have them for their clients when they arrive.
• I liked how convenient it was to attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. Car retrieval was fast and efficient. Nightly wine socials were pleasant.
• Convenient to attractions, transportation. Good valet service.
• Don't miss the free evening beer and wine tasting social. Really convenient to Fisherman's wharf and cable car terminal. Very helpful staff. You won't need a car to see most of San Francisco. If you do bring one, parking is expensive.
• outstanding service, very attentive, seem worried to make sure we were happy, like we was the president or something. Went way beyond than I have ever seen and expierenced.
• Location and service excellent. Very accomodating.
