I liked the location. The staff is always polite and the free breakfast is good
I can always count on Hampton Inn to be a comfortable, modestly priced hotel.
There was a drum and bugle corp. having a stay at the hotel (and others in the city) that kept us awake late at night and the desk didn't stop it. Also th eroom was laid out in a wierd manner and the air was too noisy and the TV only went to a certain level of volume. Unless this hotel was completely done over, we would never stay there again. We did receive our money back for the stay however.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. Also, the toilet had kept running so that should be fixed.
I liked the room, everything was conveniently located and the bed was very comfortable.
We enjoyed the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was very nice and helpful.
convenient to the university was my main objective price was a consideration the staff is quite firendly and helpful
