  • In general, the Westin was very nice and for those who have time to shop, the adjacent mall is a great feature. Specifically, the bathroom was big and wonderful (water pressure was a little low) and room service was quick and delicious. My biggest gripe was how uncomfortable the bed was, which in turn led to an overall dissatisfaction.
  • Hotel rooms need to be refurbished. At present the room rate does not fit the benefit.
  • THE LOCATION IS WONDERFUL. THE ROOM I STAYED IN WAS BEAUTIFUL.
  • The hotel was undergoing minor construction and all of the elevators were not working which caused minor inconveniences. Otherwise, the room and services were excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accomodating.
  • Location was great. Easy to get around town by foot, and close to the local rail system
  • Very, very nice room!! Beautiful hotel, great price!!!!! Bed was incredibly comfortable and clean.
  • The staff at the Westin Horton Plaza is excellent as usual. The hotel is located extremely convenient to the Gaslamp district and events at Petco Park. Rooms are of the standard Westin quality.
  • The service was nice and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay.
