  • the staff were knowledgable ,the rooms were clean and well kept and the room service was excellent
  • It was somewhat chintzier than I expected, cheap feeling materials.
  • Cheap price without sacrificing comfort. Good location on the strip. The longer you say the cheaper the nightly rates are. Pool could have been heated a little more.
  • It was as i expected but our room was clean and affordable, quiet and we felt safe which is all we really look for when we travel. We don't go out of town to spend time in our room!

  • I was surprised that it was so large and had a good casino as it is an older casino/hotel. Food at the cafe was awful as was the service. I would not recommend it for anything.

  • The hotel was great. We had a difficult time trying to get bar service from one server but the manager attended to our complaint immediately. The location is great with free shuttle service to Mandolay Bay - which houses the shark tank- and the Luxor. The hotel is less expensive than others on the strip but is quite comfortable.
