  • My stay was comfortable. Was a little warm, maid staff could have made sure drapes were closed after cleaning, caused too much Phoenix sun to warm room. Great location, close to airport, highway, and places to eat. Could use more parking, had to a small car and still had to squeeze into spots.
  • was wkg on-airport, so location was excellent. shuttle driver was very helpful & polite, hotel staff was friendly & went the extra mile to recommend area restaurants after-hrs. room was beautiful & comfortable. set-up of room made it feel more cozy & 'homey' than other hotel rooms.
  • Well located, good room, breakfast service slow
  • All as expected; stay there frequently; always great service; plan to stay there again when in Phoenix
