  • This hotel is a high quality hotel for an unbeatable rate. We never have problems when we stay here and always feel comfortable with the staff. The rooms are emaculate with high end perks, like the relaxation CD, lavender linen spray, mask and ear plugs (not that they are needed as the rooms are quiet and the view is great).
  • HOTEL WAS VERY NICE, PARKING SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, HOTEL SERVICE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS, POLITE, COMPLETELY SATISFIED OUR WANTS AND DESIRES. THAT SAID, THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS GOOD, HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS EXTEMELY BAD AS WE HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING-FOOD, COFFEE, WATER, REFILLS, AND WE FINALLY GAVE UP ON DESERT AND EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR SERVICE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, WE WERE STILL IGNORED AND FINALLY HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO FINALLY DID SOMETHING. THE NEXT DAY WE COMPLAINED TO THE HOTEL MANAGER AND RECEIVED A PORTION OF THE DINNER BILL OFF.
  • In the beginning we had too small of a room for the 3 of us. We contacted the Crowne Plaza who corrected this and didn't charge us any extra. It was a most enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose them again.
  • We were treated very well and enjoyed their 'park and sail' plan and their included breakfast.
  • STAFF AT FRONT DESK COLD AND UNWELCOMING. FIRST ROOM WAS SHABBY AND THE BATHROOM HAD MILDEW. WE STAYED HERE PRE-CRUISE, AND IT WAS NEAR THE PIER. THE SECOND ROOM WAS FINE.
