  • Very friendly helpful staff. TV web capabilities were terrible. Room was very large for price and very clean. Air conditioning was great.
  • Liked convenient location. Disliked that there is only hotel valet parking (no hotel self parking).

  • Christmas decorations were wonderful. The fact that the hotel is attached to the Prudential Center was fantastic because it game me access to entertainment (including the T) without having to brave the winter storm outside.

  • I stayed at the Sheraton at the Hyatt Convention Center and Prudential area. This is a wonderful location for large annual meetings. Very much appreciate the organizers planning this location. Terrific!!
  • This was exactly what I expected from a Sheraton. Room, beds, linens, furniture were all top-notch and comfortable. Room service was excellent.
  • Valet parking was very expensive and inefficient and we had to wait 30 min for our car. Bar service was extremely slow. Room was comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. Check in was relatively quick, although in-room check out was inefficient with inadequate instructions.
  • It was fine for a company sales meeting. Check in was very efficient and correct. consierge service helped me out in a pinch and did a good job in the beginning, however didn't finish the task I asked for and resulted in my boss having a cash penalty.
  • Nice Location
  • I thought that the Sheraton Boston was very professional and ellegant. The room was extremly comfortable, however the bathrooms were a bit small. I would stay there again because the service was great.

  • The workout area was a 'pay as you go' and was not part of the hotel. The staff was knowledgable about events for children and called to find out hours for the events. The Boston subway was great and very very close to hotel so it made for an ideal location
  • I loved the hotel but their way of dealing with the noise going on in other rooms around me was not what i was hoping for.
  • When we arrived becasue we had a baby they bumped us up to a suite at no extra cost and gave us the microwave for free. The view was great. My 8-month old did get pink-eye while there. It may have been an allergic reaction to a cleaning chemical though, becasue when we got her out of the room her eyes seemed to clear up. Luckily there is a Walgreens nearby and my doctor phoned in the precription to them. I did ask for extra cotton balls, but all there was were these little kits with two cotton balls and two q-tips. I got two kits.
  • I kied everything about the hotel, especially the food in the hotel restaurant.
  • They are in need of upgrading their rooms. they are a little small, especially the bathrooms.
  • I had a good time as to be expected. The service and price very good.
  • It was good and always is, we stay often.
