Was much more than I expected for the money in some ways but there was no bell service, no room service and they could only give out a key card for one night at a time.
No response to request to fix TV
close to the grand canyon better value then in the park always great service

Easy to book, allow points earned. Clean, friendly and convienient location to the Grand Canyon.
Room was comfortable & clean. Staff somewhat slow in response to requests.
