Outstanding staff!!!! Great package deal ! Great location!
Verify check-in time with your arrival time. We arrived early in the morning at the hotel after taking the red-eye flight but was not able to get a room till 4-5 hours after arriving.
Location is good. I had a room that had not been recently rehabbed, it was ok, I only spent 8 hours in it. Hotel is adequate, would stay there if traveling on my own.
Very nice hotel, but is showing its age a bit. Television reception was not very good, but the television was a very nice model. I am not sure I would stay there again, but the staff was very nice and professional.
The hotel seemed nice, but in a little need of updating. Rooms were okay, but hotel staff was overly reserved. Nice television in the room, but had horrible reception. For the price I was slightly disappointed.

The hotel's decor was opulent and inviting. So was my guest room. My bathroom, however, was disgusting and poorly cleaned. I found several different types of pubic hair in the tub and on the shower walls. It made my skin crawl. I complained to the staff and they promised to call me and follow up. They never called. I will never stay there again.
