  • The room was very comfortable and large for Manhattan. Housekeeping was great. We booked the romantic getaway and were totally surprised by the way the bed was decorated with roses. We used the concierge service a lot and got some great recommendations--especially for a restaurant. The location was ideal--we did not need a taxi the entire time.
  • There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and the staff did not communicate very well with the guests.
  • I Loved the location. I loved the desk service. I loved the pillow menu. The staff was perfect. I would only change one thing-- get a better 24 hour deli next door!

  • Nice, spacious hotel rooms. The pillow menu was an an added bonus. The main entrance was nice, however the side entrance was near a heavily populated homeless area.

  • Great location, terrific, friendly front desk personnel. Beautiful lobby and pristine rooms. Great online price. Only complaint was bed was very uncomfortable and room was chilly (I could not figure out temp controls). Recommend highly. Will stay there again.
