  • Staff was extremely helpful and friendly--much more than I've experienced at a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in great shape and the historical aspects were very well preserved.
  • My stay was great. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice. Parking was not user friendly (but most downtown hotel parking isn't). My overall stay was the way I like it---no surprises!
  • Everything I expected. Room service excellent. Great info from concierge re: location of restaurants I wanted to consider.
  • Every time I must do business in Kansas City I stay at the Marriott. My stays there are always pleasant and wihout problems. I have stayed at other hotels in Kansas City but prefer the Marriott.
  • The hotel was quite large and felt very open. There was very little to do around the hotel. It would be better to stay in another area with more happening.
  • It was pretty good. I went for a convention, and the hotel met my expectations.
  • Nice hotel; check-service a little slow and abrupt. Excellent view and the *best* gym/workout facility I've ever encountered in a hotel.
  • This was a great hotel. Visited during PBR event at Sprint Center. Lots of the riders were also there. Great time!
  • GOOD LOCATION FOR AMERICAN CHORAL DIRECTORS CONVENTION. CLOSE TO PERFORMANCE VENUES. SERVICE AS EXPECTED.
