AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM WAS BROKE IN MY ROOM, WE SWITCHED ROOMS AND THAT ROOM IT DID NOT WORK EITHER.
The quality of the room was significantly lower than what we experienced on previous visits to the hotel -- a very 'lived in' feel to the entire room (i.e. damage to the walls, damage to some furniture, damage to one 'adjoining room' door knob, damage to the bathroom door, etc.) The dining experience in the hotel's restaurant was the only consistently enjoyable aspect of our visits to this particular hotel. The food was superb and the waitstaff was professional, friendly, and knowledgable.
hotel was very easy to find (right off the pike), it was very clean, and even though there was a huge wedding going on in the hotel with tons of guests (and horses!!) we didn't hear any noise -- it was a nice stay
Great location to work, excellent 9th floor services!!!
The location was ideal for our NCAA hockey tourny at DCU Center. It was perfect for our needs, which only was around the arena.
The hotel did a nice job hosting our hockey team as part of the NCAA tournament. Very pleaseant and no problems whatsoever.
