  • Housekeeping got locked into my room. They had to cut the lock to get her out. I was oferred the same rame in a worse location. I felt that I should have been offered something for the 2 hours of my time that I lost. 'Engineering' staff was fantastic.

  • It was a beautiful location and in a good part of Boston, the comfort was spectacular and the service was good. I think if you stay anywhere in Boston you should stay here.
  • Beautiful hotel conveniently located. Restaurant was fabulous. We had dificulty with the room. The first room had a loud high pitched continuous noise which could not be identified or stopped. The replacement room had the smallest bathroom of any hotel at which I have ever stayed. We had to upgrade to concierage level in order to get even a decent sized room with bathroom. staff were not especailly helpful regarding this problem.
  • The suite was spacious, clean and well appointed. Room service was prompt and the quality was good. The location was perfect to enjoy a weekend in Boston, primarily walking to all destinations and close to Amtrak station.
  • THe hotel was very centrally located to many attractions (Duck tours- Prudential Center) and it was an easy walk to and from shops and other items of interests - restuarants. The room was very spacious and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. The only factor I was disappointed in was the bathroom - the window in there was very large and only covered with sheers. I was very uncomfortable using the room as I felt 'exposed' to all passing by. I would have preferred to have the ability to close a blind or drape over the window.

  • The Fairmont Copley Plaza is a very nice, very comfortable hotel. It is well appointed, attractively decorated and very proud of it's long history in Boston.
