  • The location of the hotel allowed for easy accessibility to the city's tourist attractions. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and the service was great.

I stayed at the Westin O'Hare and they took my Starwood membership card so I could get points for my room service. I was disappointed that this property did not offer to do the same. But I still enjoyed the stay.

  • The rooms were very comfortable, the consierge service was very helpful and the front desk staff very friendly! There is a car rental service on site as well as valet parking. The location is perfect if you are visiting Chicago.
