  • Hotel was fine, but my room was not clean.
  • NICE HOTEL IN GOOD AREA OF ATLANTA. STAFF WERE IN NO WAY RUDE BUT WERE ALSO NOT FRIENDLY OR OVERLY HELPFUL. SOMETHING CAUSED FIRE ALARM TO GO OFF AT 2AM, AFTER EVACUATING NO STAFF EVER CAME TO INFORM US THAT WE COULD RETURN AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS, GUESTS HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT FOR THEMSELVES. I WAS NEVER OFFERED AN EXPLANATION APOLOGY EVEN AFTER ASKING WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
  • I have stayed at a variety of Sheraton hotels and have found them to meet my high expectations. I recommend them to other travelers. Good quality hotel!

  • This location is convenient to the downtown area's events. You do have to obtain your own transportation to the hotel from the airport. There is no shuttle provided by the hotel to and from the airport. It is however affordable, clean, and the staff is pleasant.
  • The price for online services (internet connections) in both the sleeping rooms and the meeting space is ridiculously high. Also our CSM was not of the level of excellence from which my company has grown accustom in dealings with the Starwood chain of properties.

  • The bed was so comfortable, I wanted to purchase the mattress for my home. Check in was at 3pm, but they let us check in at 10am. The complimentary food was very good!

  • The room smelled like smoke and mold, so did the Air condition. It was very humid and front desk wouldn't let my mom check in because the reservation was under my mom's boyfriends name, but they did give us a room.
  • Sheraton Atlanta has the best staff of any hotel. The indoor pool/atrium beautiful. Food of all kinds in the area if the hotel restaurant is closed. If you miss one of the two entrances driving into the lot it will take a while to wind your way back through the one way streets. Perfect for walking to attractions.

  • There wasn't anything that I disliked about this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms and hotel was very clean and neat and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
