  • Hotel seemed very outdated in its decor. There was also a lot of construction going on during our stay, which was kind of unpleasant. On the plus side, staff was very friendly and helpful.

  • The event planner was not nearly as hospitable as she should have been. My organization spent over $60,000 for the conference we had there, and we didnt even get a complimentary cup of coffee or bottle of water! Instead, they added extraneous charges to our bill from the Stone Rose bar, screwed up various accomodations, and didnt offer a free ANYTHING to our staff that was working the event. We are taking our business elsewhere.
  • Overall I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The service was good, our room was nice, and the grounds were pretty. My only suggestion is that with a resort that nice, they should have much nicer tv's. I was definitely expecting some type of flat screen or HD tv's. The tv's were very old and the picture quality was terrible.

  • This hotel hosted our user conference for some 300 people. Everyone we worked with, from individual hosts and chefs at the food tables for our cocktail parties to everyone supporting the meeting itself has a remarkable can-do attitude. The food stations for breaks, the stocking of drinks and snacks, the assistance provided to guests, was always well done and made our guests very comfortable.
