The main Clerk help me figure out how to get back & forth from the hotel to the convention center, with ease & understand the transit system, the room cleaner was appreciative of the tips & took care the room, the helped me find my way around Charlotte, & said it would be easy since I'm from new york, Kudos
Consistently the best value motel chain, uniform quality. Best of 'no frills' motels without sacrificing cleanliness, basic amedities, etc.
