This hotel had pleasant customer service, great location and comfortable rooms.

Hotel staff did not provide adequate meeting and event services. Adjacent rooms were not provided for my group.

Was nice hotel, although, when checking in, the person did not smile or appear happy with her job. Other than that, enjoyed our stay. Room service staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Near I-90 but could not hear traffic. Fabulous facility and restautant with river views.
