  • We like it there,we go to have fun add we do.Disney is like a home to us.
  • Cleanliness of hotel and rooms were great. Employees were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Price paid was not out of line.
  • Everything was wonderful. Our room was close to the pool and had a view of the ducks. This is a wonderful place to stay for the whole family with ages from 65 to 3. I'd go again tomorrow if I could.

  • We arrived at the report just after 4pm and our room wasn't ready so they upgraded our room to a Magic Kingdom view, which was beautiful. The CM at the desk knew I had to get to a dining reservation so he was very quick with our check in. The room was very clean when we arrived, and very spacious for 4 people. The breakfast we had was very good, as were the meals we had at Captain Cook's. The character interaction at breakfast was very good as well. The main pool was clean and my kids had fun swimming. I don't have any complaints about the Polynesian and that is why we return there every year.
  • The resort was clean and organized. The staff was readily prepared for information on the surrounding forms of entertainment.
  • Bathroom was missing toiletries upon check in except for a half empty bottle of shampoo. Refrigerators had a flaw that caused the coils to freeze up and heat up the interior of the refrigerator, thus causing food to spoil.
  • Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of ammenities. The only thing we did not like was the crowd.
  • i had a very pleasant stay. only complaint would be the concierge desk often gave misinformation or reservation mistakes
