LOCATION WAS FAVORABLE FOR OUR VISIT WITH FAMILY; CHECK IN WAS NOT HANDLED WELL;DESK GAVE US A ROOM WHERE PEOPLE WERE STILL OCCUPYING ROOM AND DESK WAS UNAWARE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON; NOT TOO COOPERATIVE IN RELEASE OF ROOM SO WE COULD BE ASSURED NO CHARGES WOULD BE MADE AGAINST ROOM IF IT WAS CHARGED TO US; GAVE IMPRESSION WE WERE BOTHERING HER SINCE SHE WAS GETTING READY TO GO HOME FOR EVENING
inadequate elevators; security doors failed to lock; inadequate restaurant staffing, although waitresses were good.
the ac in room did not work and neither did television - instead of giving me another room they replaced the ac unit but it was not much better but atleast you could turn it on, tv would not come on at all
Service was as expected. breakfast was a little pricey for what we got. little to no problems with our stay and comfort.
