  • Breakfast was very good and had healthy options that were also tasty and filling. The pools were beautiful and plenty, although I didn't have a chance to use them. I didn't stay long enough to explore the location, but I think it's near a huge mall, which is a good attraction. The room was OK--the decor and fixtures seemed a bit outdated and stuffy, especially for the sunny location. I liked having internet in the room, but it wasn't complimentary. Now that most hotels offer free internet, this is a bit puzzling. It was good to have many dining options. The bathroom could have been cleaner (fixtures were a bit grimy, there were stray hairs when I got to the room).
  • When I tried to check in they asked for a major credit card and the room was already paid for and the staff did not explain that the credit card was for parking and other incidentials; my family tried to reach me at the hotel and couldn't; the parking was unreasonably priced, should have been free. The meeting rooms were too far apart with one in the tower and only one elevator was not working with 100 people waiting. The stairs were in disrepair and we could not walk up the stairs. The food tasted like cardboard and one waitress had a cold which left a lot of people sick after the convention.
  • Good location if you have a car or are going somewhere on the trolley line. Nice facilities.
  • It was dated yet well maintained and operated.
  • The location was excellent. It was right near the SD trolley service, as well as the local mall. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful, the service pleasant and efficient, and the comfort of the hotel room was definately more than expected. I think that any tourist would enjoy this resort.
  • Hotel staff and on-site food was excellent. Room was not properly furnished & missing appliances (i.e. coffeemaker) and on-site restaurants were varied from amazing to horrible.
  • Positive: Is experienced in hosting large conferences. Negative: They're expensive
  • Very nice resort with lots of pools, meeting rooms and resturants. The rooms were very nice and clean. Only disappointment was the fitness center had a daily fee. The web site listed as included in the room rate but when we tried to use the facility it had a fee.
