  • A pleasant experience in a lovely, huge hotel. The fitness center was great. The only downside was the exorbitant valet parking cost (about $35 a day).
  • The room in which I stayed was excellent but it was in the newly remodeled part of the hotel. I heard from others who were staying in another portion of the hotel in which the rooms were not so nicely appointed.

  • I love the location of the Seattle Sheraton. Close to Westlake Mall, Cheesecake Factory and the Convention Center. I always enjoy staying in a Sheraton. My chief complaint is that they charge $40 a day for parking which greatly adds to the expense of the room. I'm going to the same meeting this year but will not be staying at the Sheraton due to the high cost of parking there. It adds on more than 25% to my total bill.
  • In-house reservation staff person was extremely helpful. The room was great. The staff was exceptional (valet, bell hop, front desk).
  • The people dealing with all of our luggage were super special awesome. We were there for an anime convention, and they were all super nice and helped us get all of our costumes and props up to our room easily, and then had the ball room open to check our stuff when leaving.
  • The hotel was in a very convenient location in relation to the convention center and the rest of the city. The hotel lounge closed earlier than expected.
