I needed a hotel because of a canceled flight. They were extremely helpful with booking my room (all hotels in Dallas were full due to the airport closing)and extraordinary needs because I did not have my things because my luggage was somewhere in American Airlines
they messed up our reservation. we ASKED FOR A smoking room and got non smoking. and we were put on the wrong end of the hall from the party of persons we were with after stating we wanted to be with the group.
