The TV was fantastic. The sleep number beds are a great reason to use any raddison that has them. The coffee maker was not cleaned. The lobby should have complmentary coffee.
Great location and nice rooms. Staff are very friendly.
I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. The flat panel TV was very nice as was the down comforter bedding. That was a major factor in why I chose the hotel. The sleep number bed was not very comfortable.
Had a very nice room for $99 plus tax, on Rittenhouse Square. Hotel had an excellent bar and friendly personnel.
I expected high quality from a Radisson hotel and found it to be mediocre. The Sleep Number bed, which they advertise and use to promote their rooms, was actually not that comfortable no matter how I adjusted it. The price we paid for the room was fantastic - but did not include the thirty dollar a day parking, which would have added an additional $90 to our stay had we not decided to drive around the city, find a random parking spot, and take a cab back to the hotel! The bath stopper was broken, so we were unable to use the beautiful bathtub in our room. However, the location was perfect and allowed quick access to restaurants, shops, and the Mummers' Parade for January 1st.
overall good
I was there for a wedding of a niece. It was nice.
