  • The only problems I found was there were no grocery stores in the area. One had to rely on the local restruants; which was ok, but I like to cook my own food. The sound system did not work in the room. You could hear your neibors in the hallway and next door.
  • The Omni Hotel San Antonio offers exceptional graciousness and attentiveness that is very welcome to a 'road warrior.' From a bellman hurrying to open a door, to a welcoming attendant who seems so eager to accomodate you with a room to please your needs, the Omni offers the attentiveness that shows it is a grand hotel. The rooms are always immaculate, and the food service is always exceptional. I have never had any surprises at the Omni, except the surprise of always seeing excellence in their service.
  • The room was wonderfully decorated and the bed was plush and comfortable. The service was less than satisfactory when I complained about the toilet overflow in my bathroom. I was not compensated for the inconvenience, nor was I offered an apology for my soiled shoes and luggage. Because of this I was left with a less than satisfactory opinion about the service of this hotel chain.
  • Enjoyed our stay but the parking was off property making the unloading of baggage for check-in a little congested. Only had 1 representative at desk for check-in at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon making longer than expected wait.
  • The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Also, the price was reasonable.
  • NICE LOCATION, GOOD BANQUET FACILITIES, PROBLEM WITH MEETING NEXT DOOR DURING PARTY FOLLOWING MEETING-WE COULD NOT USE DJ WE HAD PAID FOR UNTIL ALMOST TIME FOR HIM TO LEAVE.

  • The mid-city location was perfect for reaching both the historic landmarks and convention center on foot. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make our week in San Antonio a restful and delightful experience. The beautiful old-style elegance of the building was complimented with the convenience of modern comforts. We found travel with two toddlers easy and welcomed at this hotel.
  • Rooms poorly maintained; staff indifferent; furnishings literally falling apart

  • I like the location. It has a variety of shops, businesses, and resturants nearby and its near the major highways. I did not like the prices of the food at the hotel resturant. too expensive fopr the quality of food.
  • Unfriendly staff, phones that did not work. Overpriced for level of service.
  • Wonderfully restored historic hotel. Housekeeping service is very friendly, and the bar staff is great.
