Upon arrival (late at night), no room to park near reception desk, had to wait for staff to appear at reception desk to get card key (which needed to be exchanged for one that worked). Similar lack of or overburdened (i.e.,line of guests) staff thruout wkend when I approached desk for info/access to listed amenities. I was not alone in my dismay at poor service at this high-priced hotel. The room appointments and cleanliness were what I would expect from Hyatt.
