  • The hotel was nice - Pittsburgh Rare is a very good restaurant, and the free business center was also very useful. What I really disliked was the fact that even hotel guests had to pay for parking, that there was no free breakfast provided by the hotel, and that some of the rooms, mine included, did not have any windows to the outside.
  • Beautiful hotel-nice views of rivers and city. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to several restaurants, but on the other side of the river from the main parts of the city.
  • The room was spacious and comfortable. The only major dislike is that the elevator is not centrally located. My room was at the complete opposite end of the hotel, so it was a hike anytime I had to go anywhere. I was 8 months pregnant on the third floor, so it was a lot for me at the time!

  • Large river-front rooms. Calfornia king-sized beds, very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Able to accomodate pets. Would highly recommend.
  • Parking it Pittsburg is hard to find and expensive. Great hotel, enjoy!
  • The hotel is a clean place to stay. It offers a wonderful view from the upper floors. The restaurant offers good food; however, it is rather pricey. The airline shuttle runs free from the airport to the hotel; however, there are not many restaurants close to the hotel and it costs $5.00 per person to have the hotel shuttle transport people off premises.
  • The hotel met all my needs. It was very accommadating to a rather large confrence that I attended. The hotel was attached to the large confrence area a major convinenece. As well as in a short walking distance to the river where a River Boat ride/Dinner was scheduled for us via the hotel.

  • River-front room, very spacious and clean, able to bring dogs along. Always stay here when in Pittsburgh. Convenient location for theater or sporting events. Excellent service.
  • I thought that our room was very small for 2 people. Not enough closet space. It would have been perfect for one person. Not much elbow room. When we ordered room service breakfast we had to put tray on the bed. Not a very comfortable way to start your day and enjoy your breakfast.
  • i stayed for 2 days. there was no maid service in the room while i was there. the beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned.

  • some staff seemed to look and talk down towards my boyfriend and i b/c we were a same-sex couple.
  • I loved everything about this hotel from friendly service to excellent food to the scenic views. Did not like the mixup on our reservations. The pool was exceptionally clean.
  • Great location, comfort & service. You don't need to rent a car since all the entertainment is all around the hotel.
  • Nice hotel - great location - front desk staff and doorman etc very friendly and helpful. Left some clothes behind in the room inadvertently - the housekeeping manager boxed them up and mailed them to my home -- no problems -- had a nice stay

  • the location was amazing and the hotel was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the thermostate in my room was broken which made the room very uncomfortable.
