  • Location couldnt be better, right at CENTER STRIP. I prefer the Madi Gras tower, the elevator is more centerly located in the Casino.Service at Harrahs is always top notch. Front desk, bell, valet, drinks, all the people at harrahs treat you good, they make you feel welcome.

  • Very difficult to find entrance to hotel. Left turn lane from Vegas Blvd closed off; should be marked 'U turn only.' Never saw a main sign; just drove around between parking garages and under the monorail until I found a sign. Error on bill. Charge from spa at another hotel! Staff very pleasant when resolving this but I did need to go to front desk at checkout instead of using in-room checkout. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

  • Excellent location, friendly staff (especially front desk and gaming). Had problems with players' club and host staff.
  • Harrahs is a great value for your money. It doesn't have the over the top stuff other casinos in vegas do, but it was perfect for our needs. The pool was great, nothing too flashy and not too busy, we got a seat everyday.

  • I was very pleased with the central location on the strip, the steakhouse and the casino gambling. I stayed in the new tower and the room was very comfortable and they honored my requests (high floor, near elevator, no smoking).
  • Harrah's has been upgrading their property and though the upgrades have caused some inconveniences - you can tell they are making improvements.

  • Have never been disappointed with Harrah's service and the friendliness of their staff. Newcomers should definitely join their Total Rewards club. Hotel is located near the heart of the strip and very convenient to all destinations.
  • I was a little disappointed with the casinos slot machines. There weren't many of the newer machines and they were so tight that I would think twice before going back.
  • Location is very good. Hotel is one of the older ones. Hair dryer did not work, but was replaced with a new one.

  • I was booked in a handicapped room which is difficult for a tall person.
