I booked a non-smoking room with a King size bed. When I checked in I was given a smoking room with a Queen size bed. There were a lot of mirrors in the hallway, which I liked.
THE LOCATION WAS OKAY AND CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY. THE ELEVATOR WAS BARELY WORKING WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WAS OUT OF SERVICE BY THE TIME WE LEFT. THE LIGHTING IN THE ROOM WAS INADEQUATE. THE RESTAURANT IN THE LOBBY WAS GREAT.
The price on website and confirmation letter was not what was charged when arrived to hotel. Hotel room decor and lighting was substandard. Holes in chairs, carpeting and tub.
Aside from good staffing. The hotel overall was just not my style. The room was nice, but it wasn't ready when I arrived.
