WELL WE STAYED THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME IT WAS VERY NICE ,WE BEEN GOING TO WILLIAMSBURG FOR YEAR BUT WE WANTED TO TRY A NEW PLACE ,IT WAS NICE AND THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND PEOPLE WAS REALLY NICE ,AND WENT OUT OF THERE WAY ,WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN THANK YOU TOM PHILLIPS
Good stay. We loved the themed Christmas trees.
Arrived off-season (in town for business) and was upgraded to a gigantic suite for the same price as a single room . Great staff, accomodating, and make priority club members welcome. Did have trouble with internet though.

Location was convenient for everything we wanted to do.
front desk staff and manager were able to get us in at a comparable rate to our original boooking down the street that was appauling at the 4 points sheraton, and happily helped a family and our vacation out of disaster!! thank you all!!
The room was not ready when we got there and it was dirty when they let us into it
