  • Everything was great but the room was small
  • Hotel was nice, had a plumbing problem, after notifiying front desk it was repaired within one hour. The staff & maint. personell were great.
  • Nice beds, but I had problems with getting the sheets changed. The bathroom is very small and the toilet clogged. Overall a fairly comfortable stay though. Has a very nice indoor pool and hot tub.
  • The location was very convenient, less than 15 minutes to downtown and very close to Opryland. I would advise tourists to avoid using the shuttle buses as they are not a valuable source. THe beds were sleep number beds, my first experience with them and a good one. When I called for any kind of service, they were very quick to do so.
  • GREAT LOCATION. WE COULD WALK, OR TAKE FREE HOTEL SHUTTLES, TO OTHER OPRYLAND LOCATIONS. STAFF ARRANGED FOR CABS TO DOWNTOWN FOR GENERAL SITESEEING. GOOD BUFFET BREAKFASTS AND DINNERS FOR OUR GROUP.
  • THe beds were wonderful! (Sleepnumber and it was my first experience with them.) I also had to call to request items and they staff was very friendly and efficient in providing me with personal care items that I forgot.
  • Hotel was great, I had a problem with plumbing in the shower. It was repaired quickly by maint. crew. Overall experiance was good.
