great location, fair price for the area, nice and helpful staff
This hotel was conveniently located near Herald Square with a subway entrance just a few dozen yards from the door. It was clean and comfortable (if a little hot). However, our room did not have some of the promised amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave, although we did eventually get the fridge after asking for it.
The Inn was clean and everthing worked. Staff was pleasant. Check in and check out were quick and efficiently handled.
Good value for location.
Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They did not clean well one of the days. However, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and up to standards.
