  • The hotel was comfortable and secure, and the room was as expected. I was disappointed with the type of 'free' breakfast served, although this was not a normal feature of this hotel. (They did it specifically for our convention group.)
  • It was conveniently located, a fairly easy walk from the city trains, but I was a *little* uncomfortable walking the area alone after dark.
  • good location, close to food and shopping

  • We had excellent service that went above and beyond-the man from room service even remembered our daughter's name when he saw her the second time! Everything was very clean and in great shape and the staff was very helpful.
  • The hotel was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. The location was easy to get to and from. My only complaint was being charged to use the printer to print my boarding pass.
