They were extra accomodating. I would recomend it and would like very much to return as a guest!
I experienced problems using the laundry facilities - machines wouldn't work, lost money, staff wasn't very sympathetic to the problem, though they did refund my money. We would have also liked to have had an elevator or ramp to access our building from the parking lot - my eldery mother had some difficulty with the stairs. We loved being at the beach, and appreciated the on-site after hours security. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
they have 1000's of locations conveniently located, excellent service, and all amenities in rooms. no need to go to cleaners or beauty shops -- they have irons in rooms, and curling irons for hair. and mini-fridges.
Excellent location near beach and shops, restaurants, etc.
The staff was rushing us. They did not seem to care. We were informed when we arrived there was a charge to park. We will never stay there again and will tell others the same thing.
