  • Restaurant had a bad smell that caused us to not eat there Wasn't able to connect with wireless internet
  • The fact that we were told there was a free continental breakfast and then the restaurant/bar was closed for remodeling was a big problem. We had trouble getting things from the staff (such as coffee and towels). The extra charge for parking stinks!

  • It was a nice hotel; we were there for Dragon*con trying to save money by not staying in one of the convention hotels [Hyatt, Hilton, and Mariott] and got a good room that wasn't too far away from the convention. I was surprised that the sink was not in the bathroom (and the toilet could've had a stronger flush), but it wasn't a dive and I didn't fear our stuff getting stolen or anything like that.
  • the rom had mold and mildew, also the rom they tried to exchange with was worse.the beds felt like rocks. thesite said that there were refridgerators, microwaves and dvd players in al rooms but they were only in the non smoking roms.and we didnt find out til we got there. we felt that they were predijuice because we smoked.
  • The room was a typical room for the chain and there were no problems. The staff overall was very nice to us but especially the maintenance people. I think it was the night man who went out of his way to help us. I should have gotten his name but I was not in a frame of mind to do so
  • No real problems; I've stayed here before and knew what to expect.
  • Definitely the place to stay for DragonCon. Can't wait for the hotel to complete their restaurant renovations. Great that the rooms have balconies for smokers to keep their rooms fresh.
