Restaurant had a bad smell that caused us to not eat there Wasn't able to connect with wireless internet
The fact that we were told there was a free continental breakfast and then the restaurant/bar was closed for remodeling was a big problem. We had trouble getting things from the staff (such as coffee and towels). The extra charge for parking stinks!
The staff was very good about being responsive to whatever we needed. We were very happy with everything
mold growing in bathrooms
Attended DragonCon. Excellent location/price for the event. Would definitely stay here next year.
It was a nice hotel; we were there for Dragon*con trying to save money by not staying in one of the convention hotels [Hyatt, Hilton, and Mariott] and got a good room that wasn't too far away from the convention. I was surprised that the sink was not in the bathroom (and the toilet could've had a stronger flush), but it wasn't a dive and I didn't fear our stuff getting stolen or anything like that.
the rom had mold and mildew, also the rom they tried to exchange with was worse.the beds felt like rocks. thesite said that there were refridgerators, microwaves and dvd players in al rooms but they were only in the non smoking roms.and we didnt find out til we got there. we felt that they were predijuice because we smoked.
