Manager greeted us each day with 'Good morning how was everything' and 'did you sleep well'. At closing of food service, staff asked each person in the area if they would like something else before taking food away. Outstanding attitude by everyone.
This hotel was located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley just where I needed to be, the hotel room was clean and very comfortable. It met my needs.
