  • BREAKFAST PLATES LEFT OUTSIDE ROOM FOR ENTIRE STAY. HAD A SMOKING ROOM BUT NO ASHTRAY. LEFT NOTE FOR HOUSEKEEPER TO LEAVE AN EXTRA 'REGULAR' COFFEE PACKET AND AN ASHTRAY, WAS LEFT DECAF AND NO ASHTRAY
  • Requested adjoining rooms and they weren't available when we arrived. It made it very inconvenient for us.
