  • Location was outstanding, for my conference as well as for touring the city, subway and airport access. Extremely accomodating, professional staff. Very comfortable though small room. Nice deep bathtub. Truly an 'Italian boutique' hotel, as described. Cost was high but I made reservations late; packages were available previously. I felt very safe there though it was my first trip to NYC. I like that there were not many floors to the hotel and I could see the Empire State Building from my window. Staff made good dining recommendations, gave easy directions to places I wanted to go, and was prepared to store my luggage and drive me to the airport if needed. I have recommended this hotel to others; would definitely stay there again. Little touches like Italian hard candies and extra toiletries made the room inviting.
  • Very nicely appointed room, luxurious bathroom with marble floor, Italian touch throughout. Excellent meeting room and food. Only problem I had was not being given a key for the in-room fridge; had to call the front desk.
