  • I had a hard time checking into the hotel, first I could not find my room (room number on print-out did not match room number on door of room). Then my key did not work for my room so I was forced to walk all the way back to the front desk to get another one. Since my room was in a whole other wing of the hotel it was a hassle lugging my bags around. Also, the first day I took a shower I realized after a mostly cold shower that the handle was on backwards and that is why I had a very hard time getting warm water. Once I had the layout of the hotel figured out and the shower, I was much happier. I would suggest better signage and help locating rooms.
  • I liked the private casita room that I had and the pool facilities were very nice.
  • It is a beautifully landscaped hotel.
  • This hotel is a beautiful property, perfectly maintained with nicely appointed rooms. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that I was recognized as a valued customer.
