The front desk staff was extremely rude. They could not find the reservation I had made through the central service number. The manager told me that it was my responsibility to call the hotel directly to make reservations instead of using the central number or online service and that if I had done that, they would not have lost my reservation. It took ten minutes at the front desk for them to locate my reservation which they eventually did. There was no apology for their rudeness. Then, when the lobby door was locked at night and I could not get into it after knocking twice (I was trying to exit the hotel for early morning check out), I knocked a third time and was yelled at by the front desk staff who said 'I'm Coming, don't be so impatient). Ultimately, it was one of the worst recent service experiences I have had at a hotel.
Shuttle service is great. Had a 6 a.m. flight and shuttle left on time from hotel.
I liked the friendlyness of front desk. They offered additional shampoo/conditioner quickly. I hated the restaurant next door. Wished the rooms were larger and hot water would be more consistent.
I traveled alone and preferred a first floor room. The woman who checked me in worked to see that I had a room that I wanted. Really very helpful. The room was large and very clean.
This hotel is clean, comfortable and dated. It is near the Phoenix airport and offers 24/7 free shuttle service to/from the airport. It seems slightly expensive for the dated accommodations; however, convenience (to the airport) is a major factor.
