  • The bed was suppose to be from the serenity collection. I assumed it would have been a Simmons Beautyrest or Serta Perfect Sleeper. It was some off brand bed that slept very uncomfortably. I would have chosen the westin had I known the bed was going to be so uncomfortable.

  • DAILY PARKING WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
  • The location was so gorgeous, we didn't want to leave! The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, with it's extr pillows, the comforter, etc. The toiletry items in the bathroom were high-quality and attractively packaged. We really appreciated the extras, like the armoire, makeup mirror, refrigerator and the stainless steel accessories through the room. The restaurant was wonderful, we loved the full breakfast buffet and the ability to eat outside on the River walk. The staff went out of their way to make our stay...an anniversary celebration... special. Most of all though, we loved our room's balcony!!! Beautiful view, close enough to the River Walk to make us feel part of the action yet private enough to feel like an escape from the crowds.
